TERM AND CONDITION OF SERVICES

Liability of Company

We guarantee our reliability and honesty with commitment to meet customer satisfaction. We shall undertake to exercise utmost care in handling your item(s) and use the technique or solution which, in our opinion, is best suited to the natural and condition of each item. However, we cannot guarantee total stain removal of the item(s) and assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or the defects in material. In addition, we cannot guarantee the duration of remaining the good condition of the item(s) which being serviced after period of time. This applies particularly, but not exclusively to suede, nubuck and leather item. The condition of the item changes due to the intensity of exposure to high temperature or light, the fluctuation of humidity, preservation and conditioning of the item.

Our liability in connection to any loss or damage to the item(s) shall not exceed 5 times our charge for servicing / processing it.

We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performance if any of our obligation to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including (without limitation): in act of God, fire or accident, 3rd party act or failure of our supplier(s), failure by you to give us a correct delivery address.

We shall not be responsible for the item(s) left more than 30 days after the collection date or for the loss of your receipt.

We shall not be responsible for loss of expensive or important article, including (without limitation) jewelry, watch, document left in the compartment or any part of your item(s).

We reserve the rights to refuse services to any customer or reject any item.

We reserve the rights to add, amend and withdraw the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Responsibility of Customer

You must inspect all articles and quantity upon collection. Any complaint shall be made known at the time of collection. Subsequent complaint shall not be entertained.

Intellectual Property Rights

The “Cleanique” trademarks, and all other marks, illustrations, images, videos, products and services, whether registered or not, remain the exclusively property of Cleanique. Any reproduction, modification, imitation, or use of the marks, illustrations, images shown in our website and other medium, whether in whole or partial, without our written and prior agreement, is strictly prohibited.

Delivery

No delivery will take place unless payment for the item has been received. Delivery is subject to the number of the items and within specific vicinity. Every effort will be made to deliver the items as soon as possible after your request has been accepted. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and we shall not liable for any loss and damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Ownership of the items and the risk for damage to the items pass to you upon delivery.

Disclosure of Nonpublic Information

Our company policy is never to disclose particulars of our clients. Your particular information is strictly private and confidential. For purposes of our business relationships with our customers, all information acquired is disclosed only under the following condition:

Employees of the company: Employees who need such information to conclude a transaction for which the customer has engaged the service with company. We have always insisted that any such information that needed to be disclosed for a business purpose be considered confidential and not used for any purpose other than the specific business need, or otherwise used with the client’s written permission.
